Shortly after the start of the Volvo Ocean Race 2014/15 we visited some of the families of the sailors talking part to get a view on how it is for them so wave their loved ones off on this year long voyage - shortly after this film was shot Cicho's boat crashed and was shipwrecked in the middle of the Indian Ocean! By telling the stories from onshore as well as offshore we hoped to build a wider human interest in the Volvo Ocean Race
